The agency does not provide or pay for accommodation directly. Escorts may choose their accommodation based on their preferences and needs, ensuring they maintain full control and autonomy over their work environment. To assist escorts in managing accommodation costs, the agency allows escorts to retain an amount equivalent to 100% of their accommodation expenses from the company's management fee. This arrangement ensures that escorts can fully cover their accommodation costs without the agency directly providing or paying for it, thus maintaining compliance with UK laws related to escorting. This approach also ensures escorts retain autonomy and control over their work and living arrangements.

  1. Confidentiality

9.1 Both the Company and Escorts agree to maintain the confidentiality of all clients and business operations.

9.2 Information pertaining to clients and business operations must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

  1. Termination

10.1 This Agreement may be terminated by either party immediately or a with 7 days' notice.

10.2 Escorts have the right to stop working with the Company immediately if they so choose.

10.3 Any outstanding fees owed to the Company must be settled as per section 7.3.

  1. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or services provided.
